EUROFOODDEALS Customer Agreement

If you use EUROFOODDEALS /, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Prices of products sold online may differ from those sold in-store. Delivery will be made to the delivery address that you specify when you place your first order. Prices for products you place in your cart will be guaranteed as long as your order is paid for within 5 calendar days from the day you originally place your order. After 5 days, prices will be adjusted to reflect current prices (if there are changes). Payment for order and associated shopping and delivery fees is due at the time of order. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present at the delivery address to receive deliveries. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to
receive the order.  If you are not satisfied for any reason with an item purchased through, you may return it unopened within 20 days and it will be credited towards your
next order or refunded to your selected method of payment. There may also be a restocking fee.

Property Rights

Copyright: All content on including, but not limited to, design, text, logos, graphics, interfaces, and the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software are the property of Euro Food Deals, LLC ALL RIGHTS RESERVED, or its content providers. Any use of materials on,  including, but not limited to, reproduction, modification, distribution or publication for any commercial or public purposes, without the prior written permission of Euro Food Deals is strictly prohibited. Euro Food Deals reserves the right to revoke this authorization at any time, and any use shall be discontinued immediately on written notice.

Your Account: You agree to provide Euro Food Deals with accurate and complete information as required by registration to the Euro Food Deals, including your legal name, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number, credit card account number and expiration date and/or bank account information, and promptly to notify Euro Food Deals of any change in your Registration Data.
Upon registration, you will be issued a customer ID and password allowing you access to the Euro Food Deals services. Your password should be kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorized use. You agree to notify Euro Food Deals immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or your account or loss or theft of your credit card or bank account number. You will remain liable for any use of the Euro Food Deals until you notify Euro Food Deals of the unauthorized use, loss or theft.

Risk of Loss: Once the product has been passed off from Euro Food Deals to the carrier, the costumer assumes the risk of loss for that order.

Product Pictures and Descriptions: Product descriptions and images are as close as possible to being accurate. If you do not receive an item you chose or the item you thought you were purchasing, your only option is to return it in its unused condition.

Unauthorized Use: Euro Food Deals does not offer the Euro Food Deals service to children. By registering for Euro Food Deals, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use Euro Food Deals only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. From time to time, Euro Food Deals may extend promotional offers to existing or potential new customers.

Changes in our Agreement: Euro Food Deals reserves the right to at any time change any of the terms of this Agreement. If Euro Food Deals makes material changes to this Agreement, we will provide notice to you after the changes have been made. If you continue to use Euro Food Deals, it will be assumed you accept the changes. Euro Food Deals may discontinue or revise any or all aspects of our service without prior notice to you. Price and availability of products are also subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct online pricing errors. In such event, we reserve the right to correct the pricing error or cancel undelivered orders for such incorrectly priced products. You will be contacted in such circumstances, and, of course, your credit card or checking account will not be charged. If any change is unacceptable to you, you may cancel your Euro Food Deals account and terminate this Agreement.

Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Euro Food Deals and its Associates
innocent from any claims and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising in connection with a violation of this Agreement by you or anyone using your account.

Termination: Euro Food Deals may suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time for any reason with or without notice to you. You may terminate your Euro Food Deals membership at any time for any reason by delivering notice (through email, written letter, or phone call) and ermination will be effective the day notice is received or such later date specified in the notice. If you terminate your Euro Food Deals membership for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees. Euro Food Deals reserves the right to collect fees and charges incurred before you cancel your Euro Food Deals membership. In addition, you are responsible for any charges incurred to third-party vendors or content providers prior to your cancellation.

We do not reship orders that are returned to us by the carrier due to it being undeliverable and do not ship to a different address other than the shipping address associated with an order. If an order is returned to us due to it being undeliverable by the carrier for any reason, and the product is not perishable and not damaged, a refund will issued for the returned be issued for the returned products, shipping charges are not refundable and the items returned are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee. If an order was shipped the sale is FINAL and can NOT be cancelled. Sale of Business: Euro Food Deals may transfer Customer Registration Data and other
personal information in connection with the sale of Euro Food Deals or the sale or transfer of its business operations in your geographic area to a third party provider who agrees to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

We ship only in the USA. We do not ship outside USA as we are unable to guarantee delivery nor predict what restrictions and import duty or fees may be added on upon arrival in various countries. Based on the shipping method you choose, that time will start at the moment your order is recieved by the shippers.

We ship via UPS, Monday-Friday. UPS Ground, UPS Three Day Select, UPS Second Day Air Saver, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air Early AM.
Please Note: UPS does not deliver and we do not ship on the following 6 holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Once an order is shipped you will be sent a tracking number to track your package. Packages do not require a signature by our carriers as a default for residential addresses and will be left at the shipping address provided under the carrier’s discretion.  If you are purchasing perishable items (such as dairy and meat products) or heat sensitive items (such as chocolate products), we highly recommend selecting one of the following UPS shipping options: UPS: Next Day Air, Next Day Air Ealy AM, Second Day Air Saver, Second Day Air. An overnight service should be selected for frozen meat products; any selection other than a UPS overnight service is at the customer’s own risk. If you select any other method for perishable items, it is at your own risk and we will not be held responsible if the items perish. UPS Ground Shipping is a Ground Service, we do not recommend this option for perishables, especially in the summer months. *We will not be responsible for perishables if a UPS overnight service is not selected.


During the summer, we ship in insulated shipping packaging with frozen gel packs to prevent spoilage for perishable items such as dairy and meat products.

Our shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package and the shipping address zip code. A fee is also applied to the shipping cost to cover for the packaging material.


Due to the perishable nature of cheese and meat we avoid shipping them later in the week to prevent the package from spending the weekend in a warehouse.

We ship all orders that require 3 days transit time on Monday and Tuesday. We ship 2 Day Air orders on Monday-Wednesday. We ship overnight packages Monday-Thursday. Once an order is received, it may take from 1-3 business days before it ships. Allow additional 2-4 business days during the holidays.



We are not responsible for damage to the following Items:

·         Vacuum Sealed coffees.

·         Vacuum Sealed meat products.

·         Any product/items damaged due to freezing.

Returns are not accepted after 2 days from the date the order is received. We do not accept returns on perishable items. You cannot return items that you do not like in taste or package shape. Items that have been opened cannot be returned. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. Returns may be subject to a 10 percent restocking fee.
