True to name, “dulceata”, for those not familiar with the term, this is a winner: it is SWEET and full of flavor. The cherries are just right, whole, with great “dulceata” texture, not soft/mushy, like in a “gem”. For those who remember it, it is the kind one would offer a guest 2 teaspoons on a beautiful “dulceata plate” with a glass of cold water… Yam

Amazing taste, not found on the American market, it seems that nobody in US realized yet how good the bitter cherries preserves are. They will eventually, in the meantime we will continue to buy Raureni bitter cherry preserve. These cherries make the queen of preserves, so if you have not tasted this preserve, you never tasted the world’s best fruit preserve/jam. It has whole fruits, it is not a purée and it is delicious. Try it, you will not regret it!
